Im attempting to cancel my planet fitness Membership by writing a letter but ive never entered the gym once so i dont have a membership card. It was too late on my part to cancel before i moved and now i continue to be charged and have no plans to even go at all. Call your home gym, tell them you lost your key card. They will change your barcode # to your cell #, once you have this changed you can go online and change your home gym. Also, just use the app!
